Position: Manager – Sales, BFSI
Location: Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales for Banks and NBFCs by identifying potential clients and managing the Sales & Business Development process
- Maintain the Sales funnel pipeline and forecast accurately
- Achieve goals and targets related to client acquisition and revenue
- Ensure seamless handover of onboarded clients to the internal execution/delivery team
- Collaborate with vertical SMEs to showcase the company’s offerings
- Lead and manage all sales-related activities and communication across platforms
- Attend relevant events to represent the company
- Understand client business/technology challenges and align them with our solution offerings
Candidate Profile
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B Sales, Relationship Management, or Networking in the BFSI domain
- Proven experience in Platform/Product/Application Sales in industries like Banking, NBFCs, SaaS, Fintech, or Payment Gateways
- Strong relationship builder within the client ecosystem
- Self-starter, quick learner, and highly ambitious with a growth mindset
- Excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills
- Strong entrepreneurial skills
- Track record of meeting sales goals and driving processes from planning to closure
- Ability to navigate and sell at C-level and operational levels
- Skilled in commercial negotiations
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Strong proposal writing and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel as required
Education
- B.E./B.Tech / MBA / PGDM degree
