Role & Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails, and leads generated from webinars, trade shows, etc.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Answer prospects’ queries and send them the required pitch material.
- Route qualified opportunities to the sales team for further development and closure.
- Build effective pipeline and achieve quarterly targets.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in an inside sales position in a SaaS organization.
- Experience in handling SEA, ME, and US markets.
- Experience in selling CX solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Zoho.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong cold calling skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
