Role & Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails, and leads generated from webinars, trade shows, etc.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Answer prospects’ queries and send them the required pitch material.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the sales team for further development and closure.
  • Build effective pipeline and achieve quarterly targets.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in an inside sales position in a SaaS organization.
  • Experience in handling SEA, ME, and US markets.
  • Experience in selling CX solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Zoho.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong cold calling skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
