BDM – Vouchers & Alliances

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for our voucher business and brand partnerships. This role focuses on two critical areas:

  • Creating demand by partnering with platforms and channels to sell brand vouchers.
  • Building and managing strategic alliances with brands for promotional collaborations and business expansion.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, network-savvy, and has a deep understanding of both digital commerce ecosystems and brand marketing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Demand Side – Voucher Business Development

  • Identify, engage, and onboard digital platforms (e.g., wallets, super apps, loyalty programs, fintech apps, e-commerce sites) to resell or feature brand vouchers.
  • Drive end-to-end partnership development – from prospecting, pitching, commercial negotiation to contract closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key demand partners to drive ongoing sales and performance optimization.
  • Analyze sales data, generate insights, and improve demand-side initiatives.
  1. Brand Alliances & Strategic Partnerships

  • Build partnerships with top consumer brands (across categories like retail, F&B, entertainment, D2C, etc.) to onboard their offers and run joint marketing campaigns.
  • Develop co-branded initiatives and cross-promotional opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and operations teams to execute brand campaigns and track ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partnership models to identify new collaboration opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, digital marketing, or loyalty and GV industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and consumer behavior.
  • Proven ability to close deals and grow commercial partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • MBA or equivalent degree is a plus.
